{"id":10431,"date":"2016-10-19T16:32:24","date_gmt":"2016-10-19T14:32:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autourdenous87.fr\/?p=10431"},"modified":"2018-09-12T21:42:46","modified_gmt":"2018-09-12T19:42:46","slug":"gateau-basque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autourdenous87.fr\/index.php\/2016\/10\/19\/gateau-basque\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau basque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e2te: 300g de farine, 3 pinc\u00e9es de sel, 120g de beurre, 200g de sucre (cristallis\u00e9 de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), 2 oeufs, 2 c. a s de rhum ou vanille liquide, 1 sachet de levure chimique.<\/p>\n<p>la cr\u00e8me: 1\/2 l de lait entier, 3 oeufs, 125 g de sucre semoule, 40 g de farine, 2 C. \u00e0 S de rhum ou vanille liquide.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le beurre ramolli, le sucre, puis ajouter la farine, la levure, les oeufs, le sel et le rhum ou vanille.. m\u00e9langer pour former une boule qu&rsquo;il faudra laisser durcir au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la cr\u00e8me, fouetter les oeufs et le sucre, ajouter la farine et bien m\u00e9langer. Porter le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, pr\u00e9cipiter la moiti\u00e9 dans la pr\u00e9paration, fouetter et remettre dans le lait et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sans cesser de remuer pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes. Ajouter le rhum ou la vanille en fin de cuisson et laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer un moule de 24\/26 cm et fariner. Prendre un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te, la travailler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et l&rsquo;\u00e9tirer dans le moule sur 4 \u00e0 5 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Garnir le moule avec la cr\u00e8me refroidie et faire un couvercle avec la p\u00e2te restante. Dorer \u00e0 l&rsquo;oeuf et rayer avec une fourchette.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 160\u00b0 environ 40 mn.
