{"id":38973,"date":"2021-02-25T11:16:26","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T10:16:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autourdenous87.fr\/?p=38973"},"modified":"2021-03-04T17:12:43","modified_gmt":"2021-03-04T16:12:43","slug":"far-breton-de-jean-marc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autourdenous87.fr\/index.php\/2021\/02\/25\/far-breton-de-jean-marc\/","title":{"rendered":"Far breton de Jean Marc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>FAR Breton aux pruneaux<\/b><\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><u><b>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0:<\/b><\/u> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Une quinzaine de pruneaux d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s (plus ou moins suivant le go\u00fbt)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 5 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 150 gr de sucre fin<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 200 gr de farine T55<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 80 cl de lait entier<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 60 gr de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; une bonne pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de rhum <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">&#8211; 1 jus de cl\u00e9mentine <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><u><b>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>La veille<\/b>, faire tremper les pruneaux dans le rhum et le jus de cl\u00e9mentine\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Allumer le four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00c9goutter les pruneaux et garder le jus\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Dans un saladier battre les \u0153ufs entiers et m\u00e9langer successivement le sucre, la pinc\u00e9e de sel et la farine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne (il ne doit pas y avoir de grumeaux)\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Ajouter peu \u00e0 peu le lait avec le jus (rhum+ jus de cl\u00e9mentine)\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Beurrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement un plat en terre cuite (ou moule \u00e0 manquer si pas), y r\u00e9partir les pruneaux et verser la pr\u00e9paration dessus\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur du four et cuire pendant 1 heure. Au 3\/4 de la cuisson, ajuster si n\u00e9cessaire la temp\u00e9rature du four (la ramener \u00e0 180\u00b0).
