{"id":7835,"date":"2016-03-26T21:15:17","date_gmt":"2016-03-26T20:15:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autourdenous87.fr\/?p=7835"},"modified":"2018-09-12T21:42:47","modified_gmt":"2018-09-12T19:42:47","slug":"gateau-sans-cuisson-au-moka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autourdenous87.fr\/index.php\/2016\/03\/26\/gateau-sans-cuisson-au-moka\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau sans cuisson au moka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"art-article\">\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9frig\u00e9ration\u00a0: 6 heures<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pour le g\u00e2teau<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 gr de Menier P\u00e2tissier<\/p>\n<p>400 gr de biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re<\/p>\n<p>75 gr de sure semoule<\/p>\n<p>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de caf\u00e9 moulu<\/p>\n<p>125 gr de beurre mou<\/p>\n<p>3 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pour le d\u00e9cor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grains de pralins, amandes hach\u00e9es et \u00e9ventuellement fruits exotiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passer les biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re au mixeur pour les r\u00e9duire en poudre. R\u00e2pez le chocolat en utilisant une grille fine.<\/p>\n<p>Portez 20 cl d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole. Ajoutez le caf\u00e9 moulu et laissez reposer 3 mn. Filtrez ensuite le caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez les biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re dans une terrine. Ajoutez le sucre, le caf\u00e9, le beurre, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et le chocolat r\u00e2p\u00e9. Travaillez ce m\u00e9lange avec une cuill\u00e8re de bois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Huilez un moule \u00e0 cake et glissez \u00a0y la p\u00e2te en appuyant sur une spatule. Lissez le dessus et mettez le moule au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
